Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected. Generally, orders within India are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,200 within India. For orders below ₹1,200, shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the applicable rate.
- International Shipping: International shipping is currently available only on request and is subject to destination, service availability and a separate shipping quote. Please contact us before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package in real-time.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. International service is not yet available to every destination. If you have any questions about shipping availability, please contact us before ordering.
