Return and Refund Policy
At Radhu & Kabby, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and design. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges or replacements unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue with the product.
Reporting an Issue
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- To raise a concern, email us at radhuandkabby@gmail.com with your order details, product photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Return Shipping for Quality Issues
- If the issue is verified as a quality concern, you will bear the cost of the return shipping that is non-refundable.
- A return shipping label or instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your claim.
Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the product.
Important Notes
- Claims made after 3 days of receiving the product will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- Products showing signs of wear and tear or deliberate damage will not qualify for a refund.
